Here are the steps in the process:

Step 1 -Phone Screening OR Click Here-Online Form.

Step 2 – Intake/Orientation Class for Parents/Guardians (Fees apply) for each adult legal party for Supervised Visits or Exchanges

for a Transport Person (authorized person to drop-off and pick-up *Restrictions may apply).

Step 3 – Legal Review Supervised Visits

All paperwork must be made available to 101 Visitation Solutions, including: Court Orders, Family Court Service (FCS) Reports, Domestic Violence (DV) Orders, Temporary and Permanent Restraining Orders, Child Protective Services (CPS) Documents, Releases of Information, Proof of Income Information, and signed intake paperwork including Rules & Guidelines.

Legal Review & Scheduling for Supervised Exchanges can be expedited if both parties agree on the schedule and there are no Restraining Orders in place. All DV filings must be provided in advance of the first exchange.

Step 4 – Scheduling

Both parties must agree to schedule .The goal is permanent time slots for routine and consistency for the children!

Step 5 – Service Delivery

Financially Responsible Party Pays co-pay based on fees.

Step 6 – Court Reports (Fees apply)

Reports are distributed to ALL LEGAL PARTIES, by law.

Court Reports will not be processed until FULL Payment for the report has been received. If either party has a negative balance at time of the report distribution, the report WILL NOT be released until the balance is cleared.
